CAST FILM EXTRUSION
Film extrusion lines in Supravis’ machinery park produce 7-layer and 11-layer structures. The total capacity in this segment is around 18 000 tons annually.
BLOWN FILM EXTRUSION
In its blown-type extrusion department Supravis currently manufactures 9-layer films dedicated for lamination and other converting processes. The capacity in this segment is around 3 000 tons annually.
TRIPLE BUBBLE EXTRUSION
The triple bubble technology enables us to produce a 7-layer or 11-layer thermoshrinkable sleeves. Thanks to that investments we are now able to produce 85 000 000 rm annually.
PRINT AND LAMINATION
In its print and lamination segment the company operates flexographic presses offering 8 and 10 colours. Current printing capacity is more than 110 000 000 rm annually.
Bags and pouches MANUFACTURING
Supravis uses the films and sleeves it produces in-house to manufacture a range of shrink bags and vacuum pouches. The joint capacity in the bag and pouch segment is around 300 000 000 pcs annually
CASINGS EXTRUSION
At casings department we are able to produce 1-layer, 5-layer and 7-layer structures. Additionally, they may be printed in UV or solvent technology and shirred. There is a production capacity of 120 000 000 rm annually.
